NEW OR RENEWED FLEET CHARTER
An association presently composed of five or
more registered owners of SUNFISH® sailboats, whose names and registration numbers issued
by the UNITED STATES SUNFISH® CLASS ASSOCIATION are shown below, does hereby make
application to the UNITED STATES SUNFISH® CLASS ASSOCIATION for a fleet charter to be
granted to it under the club name,

By this application, said association and
its members agree that they shall be governed by and shall abide by the current class
measurement rules and constitution of the INTERNATIONAL SUNFISH® CLASS ASSOCIATION as
issued by it from time to time by formal notice or otherwise. They further acknowledge that the mark SUNFISH®
is the property of VANGUARD SAILBOATS and shall be used only to identify its sailboats
and its racing class of registered SUNFISH® sailboats and the chartered fleets in such
class.

association and its members to sign this application on their behalf.
