| 1.
To qualify one must compete in four (4) Circuit regattas and must sail in Gulf
Coast Regional. |
|
|
| 2.
The best four (4) out of six (6) regattas will determine Circuit points.
Cannot drop Regional event. |
|
|
| 3.
Tie Breaker Rules |
|
|
| a. Who beat whom more in the five (4)
Circuit regattas sailed head to head. |
|
|
| b. Number of firsts, seconds, etc in the
five (4) Circuit regattas. |
|
|
| c. Who beat whom more in all eight (6)
regattas sailed head to head. |
|
|
