Angelo Giuria of Peru Wins 2016 Sunfish Youth Worlds

Wind speeds didn't change much from Days One and Two -- 6-12 with strong current and a 10-degree direction shift. The Race Committee, led by PRO Francisco Castillo, ran a flawless three days of well-run courses that accommodated the wind direction changes without a hitch. Many kudos to Francisco and all the Race Committee team members who helped Francisco do such a superb job.

Although the racing was the focus of visiting Cartagena, there's so much beauty and culture here that has to be visited. We've been greeted with smiles and politeness everywhere. And there are so many sites to see. The most often-heard comment is that folks want to come back!
