Qualification for the 2025 ISCA World Championship at Salinas YC in Ecuador
Please note, NICA (National ISCA Class Association) membership is required prior to any sailor from that country can accept the invitation to register for the World Championship. Each sailor must also be a member of their respective NICA.

3. Leadership Qualification:
These sailors are qualified to participate in addition to NICA quotas. Alternates will not be selected to fill these places should the qualifier be unable to attend. Attendance at the World Championship by the leadership is critical for the coordination of ISCA.
a. ISCA World Council and Executive Committee: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past President, Chief Measurer, World Championship Liaison, and World Sailing Representative.
b. ISCA Technical Committee Members.
c. Any other ISCA Committee Chairperson.
d. NICA Representatives (Country Representatives) to ISCA World Council.
