About ISCA - The International Sunfish Class Association 

ISCA is the governing body of Sunfish racers everywhere. The class is active in more than 20 countries, each which has its own National ISCA Class Association (NICA). The Sunfish's flexible, tunable rig makes it suited to a diverse range of sailors unmatched by any other single-handed racer. Few classes have women and masters regularly finishing in the top 10 (or winning!) national and World Championships. Sailors of all ages like that they can compete head-to-head with the Olympians, Worlds and Pan American Games champions. Experienced or just learning, we are a welcome and open group of people who love this great little boats. We are dedicated to racing our best while recognizing the importance of sportsmanship. We challenge you to find a more welcoming, open and friendly group of sailors anywhere. We are classic, competitive and fun!

Mission

To promote and develop Sunfish Class one design racing worldwide under uniform rules, enhance the enjoyment of the boat and to provide an efficient medium of exchange of information and friendship among Sunfish sailors.

To be recognized worldwide as a highly competitive and versatile sailing alternative for all ages and genders.

Section 501(c)(4) Status

The International Sunfish Class Association, Inc., is recognized in the United States of America as a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Service code.
